Shipping & Delivery
 
We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world-wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
 
 
How do you ship packages?
 
Packages from our warehouse in Australia will be shipped by Australia Post. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Packages shipped from our Canada warehouse will be shipped through Canada Post.
Packages from our warehouse in  China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. 
 
Do you ship worldwide?
 
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
 
 
What about customs?
 
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
 
 
How long does shipping take?
 
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
United States10-15 Business days
Canada, Europe10-15 Business days
Australia, New Zealand10-15 Business days
Mexico, Central America, South America15-30 Business days
*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.
 
 
Do you provide tracking information?
 
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
 
 
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
 
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
 
 
Will my items be sent in one package?
 
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hour upon confirmation of order at info@goodposturehealth.com. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon confirmation of order will no longer be allowed and will not be entertain.
HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?
The shipping is free for every item on our store. All you have to pay for is the product itself, the product price is the final price.
HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
The processing time for orders is 24 hours. Once shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 10-15 business days for United States, Australia, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom and 10-20 business days rest of the world. Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
 
WHAT PAYMENTS METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept MasterCard Credit, Visa Credit, MasterCard Debit, VisaDebit, American Express, JCB, DiscoverCard, and also PayPal. We're working on adding even more in the near future.
I AM PLACING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER, WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept USD, Euros, British Pound Sterling, Canadian Dollar and Australian Dollar.
WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
