Life is a precious gift, and it's important that we make the most of our time here on earth. But sometimes, we can get so caught up in the day-to-day that we lose sight of the bigger picture. As a an Intuitive Life Coach and practitioner of Reconnective Healing®, I'm here to help my clients become more aware of the powerful healing frequencies that exist within them, and to tap into those frequencies to achieve greater levels of harmony, balance, and well-being in their lives.

What is Reconnective Healing?

Reconnective Healing® is a return to an optimal state of balance that results from interacting with its fully comprehensive spectrum of frequencies consisting of Energy, Light & Information™. In fact, recent studies have even shown that this spectrum brings about a distinctly beneficial transformation in our DNA. However, you can receive RH in its highest form when you allow yourself to release expectations. Following this, it restores coherence and harmony in our lives and transforms our bodies, hearts, minds, and souls – physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and in many ways that otherwise may seem impossible.

What is Alignment?

Alignment is about clarifying who you are — your values and priorities — and removing the noise and distraction of other’s expectations, rather than trying to achieve some unattainable “balance” based on society’s norms and values. It’s finding the flow and letting go of the things that cause friction. It’s seeking an order to life rather than trying to be everywhere, doing everything for everyone.


I offer a variety of intuitive life coaching services that will nurture your spirit, help you overcome personal challenges, and allow you to achieve your individual life  goals. I cater to each of my client’s personal needs in order to unlock their full potential.
