Ideal Alignment is the management-consulting side of my work. I partner with managers, boards, and communities to bring organization and flow to daily operations—and greater harmony to the people who make them work. My guidance combines practical structure, clear communication, and a thoughtful, whole-person approach.
I help managers organize their space, systems, and workflow; guide boards to work in unison and turn shared priorities into action; support conflict resolution and clearer communication; and assist with selecting suitable candidates and vendors. The value of my guidance is a clearer path forward—where people understand their roles, decisions become actionable, and working relationships can grow stronger.
